Three simple and affordable relationship pricing levels are available for most nonprofits, small businesses, and public service organizations:
- Large Studio Package offers 40 Hours monthly
- $36,00 per year
- Starter Studio Package offers 12 Hours monthly
- $12,000 per year
- Middle Studio Package offers 20 Hours monthly
- $19,200 per year

Do you customize your pricing depending on the project and what is an average price I can expect?
PR Story Studios LLC (PRSS) believes in upfront project-based pricing to support the varying degrees of scope and involvement needed. Each project and relationship is unique. Please review this site to better understand marketing terms and numbers set up around our value-based, blended hourly rate of $120 (note: industry benchmark rate in San Antonio is over $160).
Why are the three simple pricing levels less than your benchmark rate?
We believe in establishing long-term relationships and so we offer these three simple pricing levels at a significant discount for clients that commit to an annual relationship.
Are there other costs that need to be budgeted?
You’ll have to budget for any production or printing costs, media buys including social ads or SEO buys (called paid media or traditional advertising). Video production is very popular right now and has three main parts – 1.) Preproduction – like brainstorming, scriptwriting, location support, 2.) The Shoot -actually producing, directing, and recording, and, 3.) Postproduction – editing all captured content including music added that doesn’t violate copyright laws. Music licensing also adds additional costs.
What is content marketing?
Functioning as the cornerstone of a business marketing plan, good content marketing creates and shares valuable stories through searchable online articles, photos, graphics, audio recordings, and especially short-form videos published on owned media platforms, like a business website and social media sites, to attract and keep customers. It should also be sensibly transparent and honest about the supported brand and always include a good marketing call to action.
What is a benchmark rate?
Your business may need everything from a strategist to devise a plan, manage execution, measure, then optimize your efforts. Or, you just need a copywriter to help you with some social media and site blog posts. Some things cost a lot more than $120/hour, like videography, branding, leadership, and strategy, but other things are less. So, we provide an estimate around total project hours multiplied by our affordable benchmark rate, then invoice for actual hours worked.
What can be done within your studio?
Our small but flexible multi-media studio offers a 10 foot wide by 10 foot tall chroma key green screen wall and also either a white paper or black curtains backdrop to support video or photo shoots.
A seven foot wide infinity wall with SP Excalibur 3200 Strobes and various lights and diffusers are available for portrait and product photography work.
The space is also home to our Logic Pro professional music recording studio supporting PRSS work and indie label and BMI affiliated publishing company, Zunimar Music.
Studio Day Rate is $800 for a standard 9 am – 5 pm shoot.
